Leïla Saadna has over 10 years of experience as a trainer in Germany, Algeria, and France. She trained in Berlin in facilitation techniques rooted in “social justice” and in workshops designed to raise awareness of the systemic aspects of discrimination (racism, sexism, homophobia, critical whiteness). She has adapted these techniques to address mainstream media and offers workshops combining audiovisual production, critical media analysis, and the fight against discrimination and stereotypes. She also leads training programs in film and audiovisual production as a documentary filmmaker and video artist.
